Karu X Frances V. H. Patchwork Mohair Rug
Hand woven mohair rug in a patchwork design inspired by vintage quilting techniques. A collaboration with South African rug producer Frances Van Hasselt, each piece is made within a local and ethical supply chain that begins at the Van Hasselt family farm in Prince Albert where the Angora goats are shorn for the raw mohair fibre, which is then hand spun and woven by skilled artisans in the Eastern Cape.
Each rug takes 6-8 weeks to produce (size depending) and is made to order. Please choose from a standard size below, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for custom sizing and color variations.
From $550 per m2. This price is inclusive of international shipping from South Africa; South African customers can email us for local pricing.
